  First of all I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't
  mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself
  and clear your head before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my
  ideas out. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out
  how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?

  After I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment
  is added I recieve four emails with the exact
  same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
